The Florida Raptors have signed Norberto Salamanca as Interim Head Coach for the Florida Raptors, FC. Coach Salas has been signed for 2 years for an undisclosed amount. Once the 2008 Head Coach is selected for the Florida Raptors FC. Coach Salamanca will serve as Assistant Coach as well as Premiership League Official.

Norberto Salamanca has Professional Soccer Experience with Teams in Colombia. He has also been part of the Training Staff for Clubs like Deportivo Periera and America De Cali.

Norberto Salamanca is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning

Specialist), has a B.S. in Exercise Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey, has a Master in Exercise Science Emphasizing in Strength and Conditioning from Florida Atlantic University. He is currently also a taking a Master program in Exercise and Sport Training and Nutrition for the professional Soccer players, from Universidad Europea de Madrid y el Real Madrid of Spain.
